• Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after payment or advance payment is received.
• Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment may be required to secure your booking.
• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability.

• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged

5. Client Responsibilities
